Return & Service Policy

Sealed/Unopened Items (Excluding Batteries*)

Sealed, unopened, and undamaged items maybe returned in store or shipped back to the store (at the customers expense) within 30 days of the date purchase. A receipt must be produced to validate the purchase and process the return. a 25% Restocking fee will be subtracted from the total return amount.

Damaged or Defective items.

items purchased within 30 days that do not function as intended caused by a manufacturer defect or shipping issue shall be refunded in full or exchanged if deemed to be a manufacturer/shipping defect by staff.


Li-Po/Li-ion Batteries and other Rechargeable batteries.

*This policy only applies to batteries that do not contain a charge controller or other current/voltage regulation device. Batteries with a charge controller built in fall under the initial return policy on the top of this page.

Batteries purchased that are determined to be D.O.A (within 14 days of purchase) will be refunded in full. Cell damage caused by improper charging or storage will not be refunded.
