Verification For Online Orders
In the event a large order is flagged additional information on the buyer may be required prior to fulfillment. If this information is required, we will contact you via phone number or email that was provided on your order.
Automatic Cancellations
In the event an order is automatically flagged, it may be cancelled. If your order has been cancelled, please contact us for further information on next steps to place another order if necessary.
Signature Delivery
As covered in our Shipping Policy, some larger orders may require signature at delivery to ensure the recipient receives the package.
