Below are the basics of our repair process.
Diagnosis
Firstly, we take a look at your drone to determine a rough estimate on the repair costs. There is a flat-rate non-refundable $75.00+GST diagnostic fee. If you decide to proceed with a repair, the $75 will go towards the total repair cost. Other terms may apply.
Final Estimate
After we look into your drone's issues, we will contact you with a final estimate on the repair costs. You can choose to proceed with, or cancel, the repair. Other terms may apply.
Repair
After you accept the final cost estimate for the repair, we will begin repairing your drone. Once the repair is complete, we will contact you via text, call or email.
